Vào tối Thứ 4 ngày 28/10, Người dẫn chương trình Tucker Carlson của đài Fox News đã thông báo rằng "những tài liệu mật liên quan đến gia đình ông Joe Biden" mà chương trình của anh thu thập được - đã đột nhiên bị bốc hơi khi đang nằm trong tay một công ty vận chuyển.
Theo Carlson : trong khi anh ấy và nhà đài Fox News ở Los Angeles đang chờ đợi nhận tận tay "một bộ hồ sơ xác thực, có thật, và có nội dung đáng bị nguyền rủa" từ New York, thì bộ hồ sơ này đã bốc hơi không dấu vết khi đang trên đường đến Los Angeles. Một nhân viên nào đó trong công ty vận chuyển (Tucker không nêu tên vào tối Thứ 4) đã xé toạc gói hàng, và lấy đi số tài liệu đó.

Những người cánh tả khi nghe thông báo của anh Carlson, đã vội cười và cho rằng anh ta đang nghĩ ra những lí do ngớ ngẩn để bào chữa cho thuyết âm mưu của mình - liên quan tới những bê bối của gia đình Joe Biden mà anh đang theo đuổi.

Tuy nhiên sau đó vào Thứ 5 ngày 29/10, Giám đốc Quan hệ Truyền thông Doanh nghiệp Glenn Zaccara của Công ty vận chuyển UPS đã xác nhận với tờ báo cánh tả Business Insider rằng : "chính công ty đã đánh mất tài liệu" , và "họ đang tiến hành một cuộc điều tra nội bộ để tìm hiểu điều gì đã xảy ra"

UPS Locates Biden-Related Documents That Fox’s Carlson Said Were Lost

Delivery giant UPS confirmed that it has found a lost packet of documents that Fox News’ Tucker Carlson said would provide evidence in the ever-growing scandal involving Joe Biden’s son Hunter and his overseas business dealings.

“After an extensive search, we have found the contents of the package and are arranging for its return” to Carlson, UPS senior public relations manager Matthew O’Connor said in a statement to Business Insider. “UPS will always focus first on our customers, and will never stop working to solve issues and make things right. We work hard to ensure every package is delivered, including essential goods, precious family belongings, and critical health care.”

The announcement of the recovery came after Glenn Zaccara, UPS’s corporate media relations director, confirmed that Carlson had used the company to ship the materials before they were lost.

“The package was reported with missing contents as it moved within our network,” Zaccara said before they were located. “UPS is conducting an urgent investigation.”

During his Oct. 28 broadcast, Carlson said that a UPS employee notified them that the package “was open and empty … apparently, it had been opened.

“The Biden documents never arrived in Los Angeles. Tuesday morning, we received word from our shipping company that our package had been opened and the contents were missing,” Carlson said.

“The documents had disappeared.”
On Oct. 27, Carlson broadcast an interview of former Hunter Biden associate Tony Bobulinski, who claimed that the former Democratic vice president could be compromised by the Chinese Communist Party due to Hunter and brother James Biden’s business dealings in the country.

Joe Biden hasn’t responded to Bobulinski’s allegations. Last week, during his debate with President Donald Trump, he said he had “not taken a penny from any foreign source ever in my life.”

Biden’s campaign earlier this month said he never had a meeting with an executive at a Ukrainian gas company, Burisma Holdings, while he was the vice president and his son sat on the firm’s board of directors. A report from the New York Post, which cited alleged Hunter Biden emails, suggested Hunter Biden had arranged a meeting between him, the executive, and Joe Biden.
Republican lawmakers have been urging Attorney General William Barr to appoint a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden’s business dealings and any possible involvement of the former vice president.

“You know, I am not a big fan of special counsels, but if Joe Biden wins the presidency, I don’t see how you avoid one,” Senate Homeland Security Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) said. “Otherwise, this is going to be, you know, tucked away, and we will never know what happened. All this evidence is going to be buried.”

UPS didn’t provide further details about the apparent mishap.
