Slow down, guys! This is 100% true. I have read an article about this so I kind of know why things are done that way (but it doesn't mean like the tittle that the Pizza guy came up with).

It just means that the special force units do not want any of their special force guys (some of the best guys) to solely have ownership of these special weapons (to abuse their talents to do personal or bad things with these weapons). That is one of ways to control and manage the special force units and their weapons effectively.

And hey Pizza, if you think the U.S. don't have the enough budget/funding for the weapon, then you're a big MORON!!!.
