Default Members with Bad/Low Reputation
tui có một đề nghị đến bác QSold những thành viên với very bad/low reputation now with "warning"/"danger member" banner thì bác nên cho những thành viên tiếp tục vô forum coi và có thể bình luân, nhưng cấm không cho reply lại đối với các members with high reputation cho đến khi reputation của họ trở lại điểm 100 hay cao hơn

Với cách này thì những bad/low reputation members này có thể ăn năn hối cải không còn chửi bới các members with high reputation. Xin cám ơn bác
