Nhạc sĩ Nguyễn Đức Toàn đă mất nhưng ông vẫn sống măi trong ḷng người yêu nhạc với ca khúc "Biết ơn chị Vơ Thị Sáu". Năm 2016 có lẽ là năm mất mát lớn nhất của ḍng nhạc Việt khi nhiều ca sĩ và nhạc sĩ qua đời v́ tuổi già hoặc bệnh tật. Những cống hiến của họ cho nghệ thuật Việt sẽ c̣n măi. Nhạc sĩ Nguyễn Đức Toàn, tác giả của hàng loạt ca khúc nổi tiếng như Biết ơn chị Vơ Thị Sáu, Hà Nội trái tim hồng, Chiều trên bến cảng... đă qua đời rạng sáng ngày 7.10.

Nhạc sỹ, họa sỹ Nguyễn Đức Toàn sinh ngày 10 tháng 3 năm 1929 tại Hà Nội. Thân sinh ông là nhà điêu khắc, các anh chị em ông hầu hết đều làm công tác âm nhạc. Ông được biết đến là một trong những nghệ sỹ hiếm hoi thành công trrên cả hai lĩnh vực nghệ thuật âm nhạc và hội hoạ.

Với âm nhạc, ông có nhiều tác phẩm để lại dấu ấn sâu đậm trong ḷng người yêu nhạc, trong đó có những ca khúc: Hà Nội một trái tim hồng, Biết ơn chị Vơ Thị Sáu, Chiều trên bến cảng, T́nh em biển cả...

Là một nhạc sĩ, lại sống trong môi trường quân đội nên Nguyễn Đức Toàn có dịp tham gia vào nhiều chiến dịch, sống cuộc sống quân ngũ với những gian khổ, hi sinh nhưng cũng không kém phần lăng mạn đậm chất thơ. Đó chính là chất xúc tác, là nguồn cảm hứng vô tận cho nhạc sĩ sáng tác những ca khúc nổi tiếng về bộ đội.

Tuy nhiên, có một điều khá đặc biệt là sáng tác nhiều về bộ đội nhưng trong các ca khúc của ông rất hiếm khi xuất hiện hai từ “bộ đội”, như: “từ biệt làng đi chiến đấu...” trong “Mời anh đến thăm quê tôi”, hay “một chàng trai là chiến sĩ biên pḥng” trong “Hà Nội trái tim hồng” nhưng vẫn thấm đẫm chất “lính” lăng mạn, bay bổng.


Nhạc sĩ Nguyễn Đức Toàn

Nhạc sỹ Nguyễn Đức Toàn không chỉ được biết đến là người luôn sống và cống hiến hết ḿnh cho âm nhạc, ông c̣n nổi tiếng là một họa sỹ vô cùng tài ba. Bao nhiêu năm cầm cọ, ngay chính Nguyễn Đức Toàn cũng không lư giải rơ ràng được về điều này, nhưng với ông, không vẽ th́ sáng tác nhạc, ngược lại dừng sáng tác th́ lại cầm cọ khắc họa về cuộc đời. Cứ thế, cả hai loại h́nh nghệ thuật cứ như huyết mạch luôn không ngừng chảy trong con người ông.

Bạn bè luôn nói về ông - một con người thẳng tính. Suốt cuộc đời nghệ sĩ ông chưa từng nhận bất cứ một chức vụ nào, dành thời gian toàn tâm toàn ư cho công việc sáng tác nghệ thuật.

Sau nhiều năm miệt mài sáng tác nghệ thuật và tuổi già sức yếu, vào lúc 0h50' ngay 7.10, Nhạc sỹ Nguyễn Đức Toàn đă ra đi vào cơi vĩnh hằng tại nhà riêng, để lại bao niềm tiếc thương của bạn bè,gia đ́nh và người thân. Khán giả và công chúng cả nước sẽ luôn nhớ tới ông, một nhạc sỹ, hoạ sỹ tài ba với những tác phẩm để lại dấu ấn qua nhiều thế hệ, sống măi với thời gian.

Thằng Toàn này là ai? 1 thằng Cộng Sản như thằng Tố Hữu chăng? nó chết à? Kệ cha nó. Tao chưa bao giờ nghe tên thằng chó chết này.
